Learning and Training via the Internet

West Virginia has a substantial distance learning network across the state, primarily via the public school system. The Governor's office is leading a study on ways to better use the Internet and broadband connectivity to enhance learning and training across West Virginia.  As more information becomes available, it will be posted here.
